Shipping charge of $29.95 applies to orders shipping to countries outside of the United States. Any International orders that cost more than $29.95 due to weight, size of box and/or location will be charged actual cost and the order will be adjusted once it has shipped and the difference will be charged to your credit card. Please note that delivery of foreign orders may take up to 6 weeks since we cannot predict or control customs delays.
Returns are gladly accepted within 10 days of your receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price,less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Please notify us within 2 days if any of your items arrive damaged. All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Sorry, but we do not accept any returned meditation cd's, clothing; t-shirts, hats. Please make sure to select the correct size for you.
Orders that include custom made items (such as Painted and/or weatherproofed cast items) fountains that have already been used or specially ordered (large quantities from the manufacturer) may not be cancelled or returned.
Note: Waterproofing is NOT a permanent application. Under normal outdoor conditions, one application may last up to 3 months or more. To achieve maximum results and product life, we suggest reapplication by purchasing a clear water-based sealant (can be purchased at a local hardware store) as those used on boats and decks.
All returned items must be returned in the original packages and must be unused.
Under no circumstance should you send a product to us with out first acquiring an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
If you discard the original packing materials and/or item before inspection you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.
5.5% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipping to addresses within the State of Wisconsin.
Where is my order?
Please allow ten days after your order has been placed, before assuming there is a problem and emailing us. We do keep you advised if there is any problem with your order. We do not keep you advised while your order is being processed. We have found that most of the time when a customer emails for the status of their order, by the time we update them the order is on the way. Therefore we request you wait a little while and give the process time. Once the package is shipped we cannot control any delays experienced along its route.
We are coming into the busiest season of the year, and receive hundreds of emails a day. It is not always possible to respond quickly. Usually, by the time we respond, you will have your order in hand.
During the last quarter of the year delays are inevitable, and we appreciate your patience. Please order early for Christmas. Internet sales during Christmas have more than doubled each year so plan ahead!
